We are now offering Telehealth appointments to all patients, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Social distancing is an essential part of the response, and is also important when seeking medical care.

Medicare has helped doctors to provide Telehealth to help fight coronavirus. Private fees apply and Medicare rebates are available if you have attended the clinic for a face to face appointment within the previous 12 months.  Pension card holders and children aged 15 and under will be bulk billed if they qualify for a Medicare funded Telehealth consultation.

Telehealth appointments can be booked Online or by calling Reception.

If your doctor decides that you need further examination or a procedure you may be asked to come to RCP. If this is required, we will take every precaution to avoid exposing you to infection. For example, we will ask you to wait in your car rather than the waiting room, and we may consult with you in the carpark. There won’t be any magazines or toys around. Everyone must wear a mask and we ask you to bring your own (we have only a limited supply of these). If you have a mask exemption, please telephone reception for further instructions.
