Dr De Silva graduated from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2009.
She holds postgraduate qualifications including membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP, UK), a Master’s degree in Community Medicine, a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, and an MD in Clinical Nutrition.
With experience across general practice, preventive medicine, and clinical nutrition, Dr De Silva is passionate about helping her patients achieve better health and well-being through personalised, holistic, and empathetic care.
